We Serve More that 750 Families a month

Our Emergency Services operates one of the largest food banks in the Mid-Willamette Valley.  The Society receives food from Marion and Polk Food Share as well as through local donations. We assist more than 750 families a month with food and other critical support.  Last year, our Emergency Services’ dedicated staff and volunteers provided more than 8136 food boxes.

Oregon is the second hungriest state in our nation. No one should go to bed hungry and St. Vincent de Paul’s Food Bank is here to help.

Those in need of food select their own items, choosing what best suits the needs of their family. This approach decreases wasted food and is more like shopping in a supermarket, helping people maintain their dignity.

If you reside in the Salem/Keiser area, to receive a food box, please simply visit us at 3745 Portland Road NE, Salem, Oregon 97303.
